A Year of Giving: Celebrating Davies Charity Achievements in 2025

Raising Funds for Vetlife and Other Charities

Throughout 2025, the team continued its strong support for Vetlife, raising an impressive £1,264. Vetlife’s work in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the veterinary community is invaluable, and we’re proud to contribute to their ongoing efforts.

In addition to Vetlife fundraising, colleagues arranged their own charity events in support of causes close to their hearts. These team‑led activities raised a remarkable £6,200+, bringing the total amount raised in 2025 to over £7,500. This incredible figure reflects both the generosity and the creativity of the people at Davies.

Awareness & Community Initiatives

Alongside fundraising, the team also took part in awareness events and community support initiatives that showcased the compassion at the heart of Davies.

Highlights included:

• Neurodiversity Celebration Week, where the team joined together to promote understanding, inclusivity, and awareness.
• Donating Secret Santa gifts to Appledown Rescue Centre, bringing some seasonal cheer to animals in need during the festive season.

These activities helped create meaningful connections both within the practice and with the wider community.
