What is a Veterinary Nurse Clinic?
Veterinary nurses are highly qualified professionals with academic and practical experience, regulated by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, who ensure the best possible care for animals through ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
Veterinarian nurses are vital in animal care, monitoring patients under anaesthesia, providing hospital care, conducting tests, performing X-rays, and assisting in surgeries, often working behind the scenes.

Your Pet’s Journey with Davies Veterinary Specialists
Davies Veterinary Specialists welcomes clients and pets with a warm welcome from our client care team and provides a comfortable waiting area. A specialist will call for an initial consultation to discuss the pet’s condition, possible diagnoses, and treatment options.
If diagnostic tests are needed, we will conduct diagnostic tests in our specialized wards, ensuring your pet’s comfort throughout the process. These tests may include X-rays, blood tests, or MRI scans to accurately identify the underlying issue.
Based on the findings, your pet may require surgical intervention or medical treatment, and our skilled veterinary nurses will provide compassionate care during both pre and post-operative periods, ensuring a smooth recovery. The specialist or veterinary nurse will meet with the client at the end of the pet’s journey to discharge them and provide guidance on home care.
Some patients may be seen and treated all in one day, avoiding hospital stays.
