Our team of experienced veterinary specialists and clinicians are on hand to provide outstanding and trusted care for emergency referrals. We offer unrivalled expertise and care for every single pet as if it were our own.

We offer a faster route to getting veterinary referrals accepted

During the day, for most patients, our client care team can arrange immediate referral on your first call. Referring vets can also speak to a dedicated clinician where they can discuss stabilisation and treatment plans if required.
Following an urgent or emergency referral to us, we will carry out an initial consultation and develop a bespoke care plan for the patient. If diagnostic tests or emergency surgery is required, we will admit the patient to one of our wards to be made comfortable while we plan their treatment. We have separate cat and dog wards to ensure every patient’s needs are met. Our ICU is fully equipped with life-support equipment enabling us to provide care for even the most critically ill patients.
We offer a full range of veterinary clinical services and take a truly multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. We pull together team members from our different services to create a team around every patient. Our aim is to ensure your pet has access to the right care for their individual needs.
