Our dedicated team includes Feline Advocates—passionate veterinary professionals who champion cat-friendly practices and continuously evolve our approach to meet the unique needs of cats.

Our cat ward has been thoughtfully adapted to reduce stress and promote healing. Each feline patient enjoys their own “cat castle” with elevated perches, soft bedding, and litter trays tailored to their preferences. The ward features forest view murals, dimmer lighting, and classical music, creating a tranquil environment. We also use pheromone therapy (Feliway®) and soft pillows made from recycled materials to enhance comfort.

We understand that cats experience pain differently, which is why one of our talented RVN Feline Advocates developed the Happy Catty Pain Pie—a holistic tool that complements accredited pain scoring systems. This innovative approach helps us better understand and assess feline pain, ensuring every cat receives compassionate, personalised care.
