Our ‘Outstanding’ Client Service award reflects the consistent efforts of our teams across the hospital to:

• Work closely with referring practices to ensure continuity of care

Davies is one of the largest and most diverse veterinary referral hospitals in Europe, with more than 200 clinicians, nurses and professionals working across a wide range of disciplines.

Our multidisciplinary approach means that patients benefit from the combined expertise of specialist teams working together, ensuring every aspect of a case is considered. Whether a case is complex, chronic or requires input from multiple services, collaboration remains central to how we deliver care.

A long-term commitment to sustainability

Alongside clinical excellence and client care, sustainability is a core focus for Davies.

We were the first veterinary practice to achieve accreditation from Investors in the Environment (iiE), reaching their top-level Green accreditation in 2019, and we continue to build on this year after year.

Our ‘Outstanding’ award in Sustainability recognises the work of teams across the hospital to:

• Reduce environmental impact through better use of resources and waste management
• Embed sustainable practices into everyday decision-making
• Drive initiatives through a dedicated Green Group
• Share knowledge and support other practices on their own sustainability journey

This is an ongoing area of focus, and one where we continue to look for meaningful, practical improvements.
