I am paying for my pet’s care

If you don’t have pet insurance or simply wish to pay for treatment yourself, an overview of our payment policy is given below.

When do I need to pay for my pet’s care?

For day cases, payment in full is required on the day of the appointment.

If your pet needs to stay with us or be re-admitted at a later date for further treatment, we will ask you for 50% of the estimated cost on admission of your pet. The balance will then be settled on collection. Our team will update you if there are any changes to the estimated cost.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept bank transfers, banker’s drafts and online payment transactions from My Pet Portal, but we do not accept cheques.
