After graduation from RVC in 2009, Ben spent 9 years working in primary care practices in Hertfordshire and Essex, including a period of time as a Clinical Director. Following this, he moved into a managerial role, as a Regional Director, looking after twenty branches across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Norfolk.
