Charlotte Brunt
BVMedSci BVM BVS MRCVS
Duty Vet
Charlotte graduated from the University of Nottingham in June 2024, after obtaining a first class BVMedSci with honours and BVM BVS degree with distinction. Following graduation, she began her career at a busy first opinion small animal practice in Milton Keynes, where she had previously completed clinical placements during university. Since qualifying, she has enjoyed all aspects of first opinion practice, particularly the variety it brings and the opportunity to build relationships with both patients and their owners. She has a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and is keen to further develop her surgical skills in hopes of pursuing a surgical residency in the future. She also loves feline medicine and enjoy working with all cats (even the less enthusiastic ones)!
“I was really drawn to Davies, not just for its exceptional clinical reputation, but also because of the supportive and collaborative environment it encourages. I really enjoy being in an environment where I’m constantly learning and integrating within the team. Because of this, the rotating internship particularly appealed to me as a way to build confidence and develop my clinical and surgical skills, whilst gaining exposure to a wide range of complex cases. I’m especially excited to learn from people who I feel are some of the best in the field, and are genuinely passionate about what they do.“
