After graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Laura began her career in a busy 24/7 animal hospital in Barcelona, gaining valuable experience in emergency and critical care. In early 2022, she moved to the UK to join a high-demand first opinion practice in Birmingham, where she also enrolled in a structured Veterinary Graduate Programme. After two years in the UK, Laura returned to Spain for a period, continuing her clinical work in another first opinion setting. She is now set to begin a rotating internship at Davies Veterinary Specialists. Laura particularly enjoys soft tissue surgery and aims to pursue a residency in this area as part of her long-term career development.
