Lorna qualified as an RVN in 2017 from the College Of Animal Welfare. Having always loved animals, it was an easy decision to go into veterinary medicine and she thoroughly enjoys her role as a diagnostics nurse at Davies.

She has spent the majority of her career working in a referral setting, and takes a particular interest in anaesthesia and analgesia.

“As I have an interest in anaesthesia/analgesia (A&A) Davies was a clear choice for my career, due to the sometimes complex nature of the case load and incredible specialists. There is always something new to learn, and my colleagues are always willing to teach and support my learning. I endeavour to complete further study in A&A, and Davies is the best place for this due to the many disciplines we cover here.”
